"Det var slidt og ødelagt. Sengen var utroligt hård. Bruserne var fuldstændig tilkalket så der kom næsten ikke noget vand ud og det der gjorde, sprøjtede ud til alle sider.
Safety boxene virkede ikke selvom vi sagde det flere gange, og de lovede at fixe det. Det resulterede i af vores søn og hans kæreste fik stjålet 3000 i alt bath over flere gange og de lavede en fælde som endte med at politiet blev involveret. Og hotellet måtte betale pengene tilbage. "
