"Beach view was amazing! Location was superb! Parking was difficult as there is no designated parking, it’s first come first served. The only negative we have about our stay is the water pressure and temperature in the shower. It was very poor pressure and we did not turn the hot tap on for showers and was still not very hot"

"Beautiful big room, renovations happening atm, so a bit chaotic, it will be nice once it's all done and all the kinks worked out, here are a few things that should be noted atm but will probably be rectified over time. No parking available, had to try to get street parking, which is paid parking through weekdays. No hot water in the shower. Renovations happening atm and the paint and glue smell in the foyer and hallways was strong. Renovated room was nice but the floor still felt dusty and had sand grit. The safe locked me out, no big deal, just had to get reception to come up with the key. The aircon dripped constantly behind the bed head."

"Amazing stay. Rooms are amazing, the host/manager is lovely - so welcoming, helpful and informative. Location is great as you have a supermarket just round the corner, bus stop 200yds up the road connecting you to the key spots and you’re walking distance from Nelly Beach + ferry terminal. Pool, tennis courts, games room, board games - could go on. Great stay and deserved 5 stars."

"The hotel was clean and well-designed and stylish. Staff were friendly and helpful. Check-in & out process was quick and easy. The room was spacious and well-maintained. The bed & pillow was very comfortable. The swimming pool was really good especially the parasols and the swimming bed colour were super nice (instagrammable colours around the hotel). "

"I was upgraded to a harbour view room in building one from a car park view - so that was very grateful. But I more looked at an overgrown tree that obscured any Harbour view. The first door in building one to my door was humid and wet. Rusty stain running down the door on the inside. Room was two twin beds pushed together, but side tables not rearranged space wise so obvious they had just pushed the beds together. Booked on Expedia so no daily servicing of the room. On first morning alarm sounding since around 5am. Turned out it was the key pad of the unoccupied room next door - no one else could here it beyond the confined space of my room and that room so I had to listen to it for four hours before I went to the front desk. "
