"This hotel is amazing. The staff are incredibly friendly, professional and helpful. The pools are fantastic and on both occasions I was the only one in them, the gym is the best I’ve seen in a hotel and the food and drinks in the Regency Club were brilliant. I was very sad to leave this hotel."

"I liked the simple, easy-to- use shower in my ensuite. The best I have come across in my travels.
When I wasn't well the Chef sent up toast to my room as that was all I could eat. No charge, so kind of him."
