The hotel operates an online check in and your key is on your phone, so little interaction with staff but everyone we saw was friendly. Great stay"

"Great hotel overall - including a late bar. Only downside was that my Expedia booking included breakfast but the manager at breakfast said that was a mistake on Expedia and I had to pay. So I had to argue the case and he gave me breakfast without charging, but wasn't very happy with me for it!"
