"We had a lovely relaxing experience at the Heritage Relais. The staff is very professional amd helpful and the hotel is elegant and quiet with a lovely rooftop terrace. It is very convenient to take a bus into the centre of bustling Madrid...and then to return "home" to the quieter neighbourhood.of the Heritage. We are returning again in a couple of weeks at the end of our trip."

Our room was clean, spacious, super comfortable. Shower was amazing!! Staff were super helpful. And the location was central to everything: always a 5-10 min walk to all major sites. We will definitely return here if we visit Madrid again."

"La primera vez que me alojé aqui el desayuno se me hizo excelente. Esta vez siento que no estaba ni cerca. Pero los cuartos estan recien remodelados, muy bonitos. El aire acondicionado es un poco complicado, si deberian informar como manejarlo a tus acomodo al llegar. "
