“I booked 2 nights, I found roaches coming out the bed headboard and bathroom.. I couldn’t cancel my 2nd night.. I asked to be live to a new room for the 2nd night … won’t be returning”

“I have pictures but there were either stains or some kind or paint splatters all over the bed covering, the bathroom outlets were not GF, no lid on the toilet, and there were posted rules that gave me the feeling this was a place that at some time was used as an hourly rental, if you know what I mean. Very strange. I've never seen that before. The microwave was in a cage mounted to the exterior wall of the building all the way at the end of the building, about 4 units away. Never saw that before...

“The Patrician is by far the best stay I've had when visiting California. Clean, friendly, cordial, interesting, Not too close and not too far from everything.Thank you T.J. for everything!”
