โThe property was very neat. I was treated well . There was a mix up but qute understandabe to me. They were very nice about it and I was sorry but I was mixed up about the date as I had car trouble at home as I left home. My thanks to the employees for an enjoyable stay.โ
โExcellent. I wanted to lodge more if I had more time and money:) Room was clean and bathroom was very neat. Facilities seemed quite new, and breakfast was good. It was a little apart from cleveland, but not too far. I would book this hotel again if I get chance to visit cleveland again.โ
โIt is not a brand new hotel. However considering price it is definitely acceptable. Most of all, a staff from Brisbane, Australia was really friendly and kind. He allowed us to have some meals for breakfast even in the evening. He provided water bottles as well. It was touching in the very cold winter night. โ
โGreat hotel, kids loved the poolside room. Pool was huge, hot tub was nice but not real hot. Workout room was good- all the things you need for a quick workout and it was cool inside not hot.
Room was small with 2 beds not a ton of room but it worked. Beds not too comfy but we managed. Check in staff lady was super sweet. No breakfast and bar closed early. Also no drinks or food in pool area kinda sucked while watching kids.
Great area in walking distance to mall and resturants! Gas arcross...
