โThe hotel was great. Would recommend staying there. Some businesses in the immediate vicinity had closed and we're boarded up. This detracted from Hampton's street appeal.

โThe staff was very friendly, the building was clean and quiet. Our room was comfortable and clean.
We mentioned a couple of minor maintenance items at check-out and the desk attendant said they would have them fixed immediately.
We would definitely stay here again. โ
โExcellent. I wanted to lodge more if I had more time and money:) Room was clean and bathroom was very neat. Facilities seemed quite new, and breakfast was good. It was a little apart from cleveland, but not too far. I would book this hotel again if I get chance to visit cleveland again.โ

He allowed us to have some meals for breakfast even in the evening. He provided water bottles as well. It was touching in the very cold winter night. โ

"The worst ever hotel/suites in the 30 years of my life. Water shut down, card key malfunction, no kitchen wares whatsoever, vending machine malfunction, dirty floors and bathroom, unfriendly staffs....just about everything was horrible.
Had pretty good experiences with Sonesta hotels but definitely not this time. I strongly believe thst Sonesta management at the headquarters needs to close this place down right away before they lose more business credibility.
