Parking was on site & safe. The apartment big enough for 2 or 3. It was very Central and a walk to town. An unexpected bonus was the inclusion of a variety of fruit and a fridge full of milk, juices, fruit yoghurts, cereals, jams pikelets & muesli bars. Enjoyed our stay. Strongly recommend.

The whole experience from booking right through to the stay was first class. We had already stayed at the Bloomfield Apartments but we felt the Charlotte Street apartments was more central and suited our needs.

A great stay

We booked the apartment in Charlotte Street as we were working at the Music Hall. It proved to be very convenient with just a 10 minute walk to work and all the bars, restaurants & shops on Union Street. Apartment was very clean & comfortable and the breakfast goodies were a lovely touch. Secure parking and excellent communication from the hosts. All in all a great stay. Would certainly recommend and will be staying again in the future.

Perfectly central

Excellent location within 10-15 minutes walking distances to the centre of Aberdeen. The apartment was excellent, clean and had everything we needed. Secure parking was absolutely brilliant. The apartment was fantastic with lots of room and had everything you could want. The supplied breakfast and other supplies were great and unexpected. The heating was set to high, so very warm. The bed was very firm but ok. We would highly recommended this and would happily stay there again. 10/10.

Great location, very close to Aberdeen city centre. The on-site free parking is very convenient. However there were a few issues with the property that made our stay not quite enjoyable. We stayed in apt 5. The shower doesn’t heat up enough (I goes hardly warm) The TV is a hit and miss - sometimes it’d work fine, sometimes it’d keep losing reception saying “no areal transmission” There were plates and mugs in the kitchen that clearly had not been washed - it looked like someone had just washed them with water, but no detergent. You can’t seat on one of the couches because the back of it sinks into the bottom. And lastly, not that it’s the property’s fault, but the level of noise at night was very high. From people running up and down the stairs and slamming doors to people pushing the inter phone buttons from outside. Overall, the apt is spacious enough for a family of four, it just needs some attention in those areas mentioned above.

A great stay!

The apartment was just what we needed. When we arrived and the key code for the safe didn’t work, we messaged and we immediately got a response. It was so easy to book and when we arrived it was a lovely place to see. There was breakfast items in the fridge and milk so we could have a cup of tea straight away. Everything was clean and there was toiletries for the shower. The doors were a little creaky and the fire shuts were a little heavy so be careful of small hands but it felt like a hose from home. Maybe have a few pictures on the wall to add that extra homeliness but it was perfect!

DO NOT BOOK THIS! Unfit for purpose. The accommodation is very very dirty.....my feet stuck to the living floor, the oven looked as if it had not been cleaned for months. The windows where cover in seagull mess, and it was even on the wall of the inside of the living room. Kitchen cupboards where extremely dirty inside would not cook with any of the pots/pans. Could not stay had to come home, very disappointed, ruined my theatre weekend away. I emailed the owners on the very day i had to leave and throughout the week with no response, very unprofessionally.

Flat 2!! Good location/parking/communication/breakfast pack. Everything else pretty awful! Weird layout of rooms with heavy fire doors located off dark hallway with no natural light. Felt more like student shared accomodation rather than an apartment. Extremely uncomfortable bed which needs replaced…old/tired/lumpy/stained with a mattress topper which didn’t improve it at all. Old 2 seater couch in sitting room needs replaced too as worn and cushions are collapsed in the middle making it so uncomfortable. Single seat was ok. Kitchen was ok but washing machine leaked when in use. This place needs to be upgraded, it’s a disgrace. Yes it’s cheap for city centre but a useable bed and sitting area is the minimum I expect.

Apartment was clean and comfortable, location around 20 min walk from shops , bars etc in union street. Only down side, bedroom was facing road, the road has cobbles which are very noisy with cars constantly driving past. Had to leave window open as very hot in room otherwise likely wouldn't have heard the noise if closed. Overall was a nice place to spend the weekend.

Easy access to property, communication good with check in info apart from saying u have go to your appointed flat and get the key from keysafe to access the parking!! AND also you need the key for getting out past the barrier... Then run back in with it to the keysafe!! ;( This was our 2nd time using the apartments and one little thing... We stayed for 2nights this time and was left the same amount of breakfast as we were left on previous 1night stay?? Nice, clean, comfortable apartment with easy access/walking to the shops, and Miller and Carter! Will try these apartments first when looking for central accomodation. We enjoyed our stay, just perfect for what we were looking for. Friends away on a little trip!!
