Needs updating

Room could do with being updated, especially the bathroom, smelled of damp and wasnt very clean. Comfy and quiet night sleep though and reception staff friendly.

Good value excellent service

Very nice welcome and warm cookie unexpected but a nice gesture. Room very adequate, bed really comfortable and large. Only quibble TV reception kept cutting out, a bit annoying when trying to watch the news. Overall excellent will definitely stay again

We came for business but what a pleasure to stay. Great service, helpful staff and I can recommend the food. I’m a ceoliac who doesn’t eat grains and the chef was so accommodating!We will be back again!

we booked a Premiere Suite and the room was really big and has a good view. The toilet is very clean and has basic toiletries. Fresh sheets. They also gave us welcome cookies upon checking in and they also have complimentary chocolate with a welcome note. Which is a very good gesture. Free parking and fast wifi in the room

nice hotel near the beach

We tried also more other accommodations in Aberdeen but Hilton is definitely our favorite one and we will return here. Nice location near the beach, high standard in rooms and friendly personnel.

Leider nicht dem Standard entsprechen. Wifi 13 pound pro tag. Check in sehr gut. Parken kostenlos. Personald freundlich. Dann hört es schon auf mit den positiven. Suite ist ok aber schlecht ausgestattet. Keine Minibar liste / keine Infos zum hotel (check out/wifi etc) . Lichter kaputt. Haare vom vorgänger im bad. Platinum club nicht existent. Wifi unverschämte 13 pfund pro Tag. Früstück nicht ausreichend für den selbsternannten Standard. Sorry- aber das geht besser und ist des namens Hilton nicht würdig.

Bedroom and bathroom were very much in need of updating . Heating in the bedroom was a very old electric heater which was either off or too hot. No heating in the bathroom st all. When I checked out I was given the wrong bill and 24 hours later I am still waiting for correct receipt to be emailed to me. Will not stay there again .

Uncomfortable stay

Staff were lovely and lobby is very nice however past that it smells of smoke, rooms are dated and the beds are solid as a rock however the parking and location is great

great weekend away

We had an amazing stay. Our son hadnt stayed in a hotel before so we took him to aberdeen for his birthday. Staff were lovely, room was clean and very spacious, big comfy beds, shower was really powerful, plenty towels etc, my son loved his stay. We stayed a top boutique hotel in the west end a few months before and it was awful. Would rebook here with no hesitation. Bathroom was nice but rooms could do with a decor update that would be my only point to improve on

Oasis in Aberdeen

Excellent friendly service from registering to check out. The room was very comfortable and had all the amenities required. Breakfast was first class offering a wide variety. Thoroughly enjoyable stay and would be happy to recommend this hotel

Not impressed

A very disappointing stay, the bedroom was very tired, the bath was rusty with only tepid water, even after running the hot water for 10 minutes. When I complained the front desk manager did offer to look at the problem, and said better rooms were available at a higher premium. The heating in the room had a mind of its own, when in the middle of the night it started to get really warm, the heater controls were physically broken. Not impressed at all
