Apartment had not been serviced on arrival and we needed to book emergency accom for the night. The next day a lovely service person came and helped us feel more cared about and changed our apartment due to faults. We did get a refund for our first night but we’re still out of pocket.

Horrible stay, property was dirty and very dusty. Many broken items all around the property. Still food on cutlery, crumbs on sofa, fat in oven dishes etc. horrible.

The apartments we stayed in were lovely, meant you had more room to move about and a sitting area rather than a hotel room.
