“Rooms were great, exceeding expectations considering its location in the countryside and cheap price. However, the owner should not be so aggressive about inconveniences caused by guests. If he thought we were too loud in our rooms, the owner should have simply said so. Barging in to our room without any warning or properly announcing himself(he just opened the door and came in his bathrobes) was unacceptable. Proceeding to then waving/pointing the end of his walking stick at his guests' faces...

“Saplinbrae is in a lovely quiet area. The staff were very friendly and the room and food were excellent. There is a nice walking area behind the hotel which is very picturesque and peaceful.”

“La struttura è suggestiva sia fuori che dentro, il parcheggio è ampio. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo avuto un problema con la camera (lenzuola pulite ma presenza di peli/capelli), e l’addetto alla reception ci ha gentilmente proposto di cambiare camera. La camera La colazione è abbastanza varia, presenta molte opzioni salate/scozzesi ma anche diverse alternative dolci e ci è piaciuta.”
