“Stayed for one night in the Terrace room. The beautiful hotel and grounds were so much more than we expected and the welcoming, friendly and caring staff made us feel so well looked after. Nothing was too much trouble and the whole experience left us feeling relaxed and cared for.”

“We’ve had an excellent stay at Craigendarroch, I can’t really fault anything. Our suite was beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable and very thoughtfully equipped. We also enjoyed use of the pool and had a lovely meal in the Keiller restaurant.”

“The property was incredibly spacious, it felt a little dated at first but the bedrooms and bathrooms have been updated to an excellent standard. The kitchen/lounge area was very well maintained and equipped with everything needed. We enjoyed a relaxing afternoon in the pool area, had an excellent steak in the brasserie and breakfast in the lounge before we left.”

“Your made to feel welcome from tje moment you check in. There's good parking. The room we had (6 in the pub) was very comfortable, spotlessly clean with lovely en -suite shower room. Fresh towels were available daily. The breakfast choice was amazing and very delicious”

“This hotel is a gem staff where exceptionally good food best i have had in a long time, very very clean, if you're on a motorcycle safe parking and a good base for the caingorms. I will definitely return my favourite place yet thanks guys keep up the good work and all the best in these hard times.”

“The lodges were nice.beds were a little uncomfortable ok. Disappointed they didn’t have a washer/dryer (laundry) as advertised.”

“The property was on the banks of a river with lots of green space and walks for the dog. There was plenty of parking and nothing seemed to be cramped.”

“A lovely hotel with delicious food and a beautiful, peaceful setting. You should stay here. We stayed in a little stone cottage separate from the hotel an easy 5-minute walk up the hill. It used to be the dog kennels. In fact, the low stone walls topped with iron fencing that served as the two outside pens of the kennel are still there, as are the doggie doors -- tho’ these are firmly closed. “Our Lodge, number 1, lovely, clean and well positioned. Everything you could need in the kitchen and more for a successful self-catering holiday. The whole site was quiet when we visited. Easy walking distance into the town.”

“Wonderful staff. For some reason, I was assigned the handicap room. This is a solid three star hotel. Not fancy but comfortable. Unfortunately, not much to do around it unless you have a car. Impressive Scotch and Single Malt collection with over 300 expressions.”

“What a magical little place this is! Absolutely loved the cabin and all the unique decor and trinkets and the location is breathtaking…so peaceful. The couples hot tub was perfect and nice to relax in after coming back from lovely walks. Well done to the owners of the Sweet Donside Cabins. We’d love to come back.”

“옛 고성 같은 건물 그대로 가꿔서 만든 호텔 입니다. 환상적인 주변 환경 말로 표현 할 수 없을 정도로 너무너무 아름답고 깨끗하고 공기도 너무 좋았습니다. 리셉션하고 집 거실 같은 라운지 와 편안하게 쉴수 있는 소파와 벽 난로... 정말이지 포근하고 따뜻한 곳 이었습니다. 호텔 처럼 깨끗하고 그러면서도 집 처럼 편안한 느낌을 주는 곳 이었습니다. 가능 하다면 일주일 정도 푹 쉬고 싶을 정도 였습니다. 모든 직원들 굉장히 친절 하고 아침 식사 뿐만 아니라 레스토랑 음식 훌륭했습니다. 기회가 된다면 꼭 다시 오고 싶은 호텔이고 주변에 추천해 주고 싶은 곳 입니다.”

“Lady at the hairdresser was very polite and helpful and told us where to find the key safe for the cabin. Cosy cabin, very clean. Comfy bed. Excellent shower. Tea and coffee provided. Very peaceful surroundings and would highly recommend for a romantic weekend getaway. Royal Deeside on your doorstep and there is so much great walks to take in the stunning scenery. Definitely would rebook here again. ”
