“We loved this place and neighboring fields of gold(barley, beans, wheats... etc). Close to the mesmerizing Dunnotar castle(less than 15 mins drive). Breakfast was filling. Owners were very kind. They even allowed us to charge our rented electric car. Will definitely be back here again. ”

“This was an absolutely perfect apartment for our two-nights stay in the magical town of Stonehaven. It’s a spacious and quirky space whose beachside location could hardly be bettered.”

“We stayed 2 nights and paid £114 per night for bed and breakfast in a Heritage room called Irvine. The soundproofing in the room was shocking with a loud humming noise coming from behind our bed and the noise of doors slamming and guests talking. When I reported this to receptionist she acknowledged that the humming noise was from the room next door’s plumbing. I was not offered a different room. We were visited by both a spider and cockroach in the bathroom. I would therefore strongly recommend...

“Had a lovely stay here. Room was sufficient, bathroom was clean. Bed was comfy. It's in a great location. 15 mins from train station. Staff were lovely. Breakfast was a cold buffet, cereals, toast, yogurt, pasties anc coffees, teas, orange juice. Great, would stay here again.”

“Beautiful spot and the Inn met all expectations for cleanliness, staff friendliness and courtesy. Only one minor issue involves the size of the room which was a little small, but it was very well appointed and clean, with an excellent en suite. ”

“Booked a twin and double room. Rooms clean and well appointed with a communal kitchen area for use by guests. Did not use breakfast service as we left in the morning before the hotel staff had arrived. Only small complaint was that the staff were unable to open the connecting door between the 2 rooms which would have made things a lot easier. ”
