“We loved our stay at Crawfield Grange. Our hosts were very friendly and welcoming, They went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The accommodation is very clean and well decorated. Breakfast was superb with a lot of choices. The location is quiet. We highly recommend Crawfield Grange.”

“We loved this place and neighboring fields of gold(barley, beans, wheats... etc). Close to the mesmerizing Dunnotar castle(less than 15 mins drive). Breakfast was filling. Owners were very kind. They even allowed us to charge our rented electric car. Will definitely be back here again. ”

“What a great host Angela was. We felt welcomed from the time we arrived. Our room was very clean and everything that was promised. The cliff trail was stunning and most needed after a long drive. The only issue I had was a lack of hot water when I showered. However, after breakfast it was fine.”

“Das Zimmer war sehr klein, es war relativ sauber, wirkte aber durch den schlechten Wartungszustand nicht so. Wir hatten eine Elektrobox im Zimmer welche die ganze Zeit Geräusche von sich gab, die Decke sah so aus als hätte es mal einen Wasserrohrbruch gegeben und von der Wand im Bad löste sich die Tapete. Der Preis war dafür aber im Vergleich mit anderen Unterkünften wirklich gut und das Frühstück lecker. Für 1 Nacht war es okay.”

“Everything about this experience was so unique and warm. It made our stay in Stonehaven so memorable! Everything is so clean. The room even came with a fan which my husband relies on at home. The kitchen is well equipped to cook your food if needed and the option to use the clothes washer was a huge bonus. Breakfast options were plenty and the coffee machine was exactly what I needed!”

“This is a beautiful wee cottage did not disappoint in any sense. My sat nav was not the best and had problems as it just takes you to an area as opposed to the actual house. Would definitely go back for longer as there are so many areas to sit outside ”

“Best kept secret in Scotland. Karolyn and Chris were fantastic hosts. We spent 1 night here but wish we had spent the other 9 nights here as well. Beautiful property and most comfortable bedding I’ve had outside my own home (including 4-star hotels). The breakfast was 5-star worthy. Worth the lodging price alone!! I told them they should charge more - I will figure out how to tip them…”

“The castle is very unique experience (and authentic) and Robbie is a real character (in the best way possible)! Breakfast was excellent with a range of options. The room and bed was very comfy. You absolutely feel like you are going back in time. Would stay again. Also the walk down to the beach is worth the wee 2 minute walk as there are some amazing rounded beach pebbles to collect.”
