โI only stayed for one night, but thought my one night was fabulous. Check in was easy. Serena was absolutely lovely & very welcoming. I was a late check in & she was kind enough to offer me a sandwich. Room was ideal for me. The decor is as good as it looks in the pictures and the room is extremely clean and cozy. The bed amazingly comfortable. The bar was busy & reasonably loud, however, didn't affect me in my room. Would stay again.โ
โVery clean and close to the train station with many food options! The way to get in with the code and keys was very convenient. It was nice having a full kitchen and more private space than a hotel with many guests. โ
โWe had an amazing stay at the luxury inn, it is located within walking distance to public transport which was perfect for us. We managed to park right outside too.
The room and en suite were immaculate, extra touches like the fans being on for when we checked in was brilliant after it being a hot day, the shared breakfast area was stocked with plenty of options too.

โExcellent! The property is very clean, well maintained, and very conveniently located to travel around in London. The road is very safe, though the surrounding area (near the station) is not the best in London. However, that is still very safe and I would highly recommend this property. โ
โThis place had the most comfortable bed of our entire 2.5 week trip. We had everything we needed, and anything we forgot, the staff provided gladly. They were friendly and recommended some local restaurants. The tube station is about a 9 minute walk, so we were able to get around with no issue. My only problem was figuring out how to use the washer/dryer combo. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking implements and the towels were super soft! They even gave us slippers to wear in the room! Great...
โOnly stayed a night as at a festival nearby simple accommodation which was all I wanted. Lot of noise from nearby property which hotel tried to solve. โ

1. Day manager insisted I pay in full to get access to room, even though I provided evidence of payment by Expedia.
2. Rooms smelled of paint or chemicals
3. Halls smelled of paint or chemicals
4. Day 2: No house keeping . I complained to manager - he said I needed to explicitly ask for housekeeping.
5. Towels smelled of smoke or chemicals
6. Day 3: still no house keeping
7. Elevator out of order in AM - my room was on 5th floor.
