“Heated Pool wasn't functioning well ”

“No fridge in room. Had to crawl under table to plug the room coffee maker in. No clock in room. Asked front desk about 4:30 pm (right after check in) for a clock. Was told no housekeeping people was there that day, so could not get us a clock. Couldn't order anything made for breakfast, as their exhaust fans didn't work, so they could not cook. This is the 5th or 6th stay here over past 2 years. Each time it's "something". Probably won't return. To many other Casino / Hotels in the area,...

“Room was excellent and breakfast was awesome. The staff were very friendly and professional. I will try again when I'm in Miami Oklahoma again!!”

“Room was very gross. Shoes would stick to the floor. TV remote did not work. The front door looked like the police kicked it in and also the bathroom door. The bathroom had cockroach bait all around the sink. The sink has burn marks from cigarettes and it looked like someone took a razor blade to the sink as well. Bed was not comfortable. Pillows were very small in size. No coffee maker. I paid for two days but left after the 1st night.”

“The room was surprisingly clean and comfortable for the price. I was a bit shocked at the parking because I didn't realize that one side was for boat haulers! It was very fun meeting the fishermen that were preparing for a competition the next morning on the lake. I was impressed that the hotel allowed them to charge their batteries and prep all their gear there.
