"The property is in a great location within walking distance to Souk El Had, which is exactly what I was looking for. It does need updating as the rooms are very outdated, but were comfortable.
The front desk staff are very nice and helpful. There is however a manager that is usually downstairs that could be a bit more professional. He did not realize that I understand the local language and was rudely talking about me to another staff complaining about me eating a snack in the lobby area. I also...

"The property is quaint and clean, as it is a newer facility. The staff is young and eager, so I tipped everyone GENEROUSLY. While they are listed on Expedia, they do not accept payment through Expedia and do not honor the prices. Check-in was eventful, as they insisted they did not receive payment via Expedia. I paid AGAIN and worked with Expedia for a refund. The hotel did not honor that I paid for the breakfast option, calling me at 1:30 am to advise I did not have that option.
