No water at all after 8 am every time water goes and we have to ask room service for fix. So called healty breakfast is simply a big lie all they give is one paratha and tea. room service is terrible.

Shocking sevice

Absolutely shocking, arrived in very late in the day and the receptionist would not allow us to check into our room until we'd paid an excess amount which they could not justify. Bare in mind we've already paid the full amount for our stay. Hence ended up wasting time by calling hotels.com and was back and forth for around 3/4 hours until the issue got resolved. Poor service
