Good! Reasonable price, kind staffs, quick action for everything, clean bedroom, free water bottles. Only thing I want to point out is leaking water from shower booth.

Good location, excellent buffet, and nice car park
Location: near from many sightseeing places, near from metro station, and near from public beach. Car park: in the basement and easy to park. Free buffet breakfast: very nice, enough time (open 6:30-10:00am) Services: excellent and friendly. Tours like desert safari are arranged at the lobby everyday (including weekends) Three groups of us including me and my wife enjoyed the desert safari on the same day! Environment: silent at the hotel in the night, that is, no noise. Neighborhood: safe to the public metro station -- I would choose this hotel if I visit Dubai again in the future.

Woke up to bedbugs crawling all over the bed. Me and my family members staying in the room had bedbug bites. Manager switched the room and only offered food from the hotel as compensation. Given how the hotel was infested with bedbugs, I didn't feel comfortable eating anything from the hotel. I had to cancel my safari trip and my family members birthday lunch so I could move from one room to another room. The staff who came to help move the luggages were unfriendly and were speaking in Hindi about their frustration of helping me move rooms. I let the staff know that I can understand the language and can understand what they are saying. At which point they became more polite. Did not expect a hotel in Dubai to have bedbugs out of all the places I've visited so far. How disappointing.

I was bothered and annoyed by the noise of the guests next door throughout my stay. They were playing some instruments and singing loudly in the room and spoke loudly in the hallway. I could not sleep well,that was so terrible experience.

I liked the hotel location with respect to conveniences and safety. Staff are friendly. Free breakfast. Didn’t have lunch there since we were out whole day. Had buffet dinner once. It was good.Nice variety, changed items everyday. It’s close to Dubai mall and Burj. 25 Dirham for taxi to get there. Two things I didn’t like was; we didn’t have view from our window. Our view was walkway to the wing of the same hotel so never opened the curtains. If you are not going to be in the room whole day it will not bother you. This won’t stop me from coming back to this hotel. I didn’t like the smell of cigarettes in the hallway even though it was non smoking area. I would say this smell is the only thing that bothered me otherwise excellent place.

The property was clean and well kept. The rooms were spacious and comfortable however the breakfast has limited options and seating was a hassle. We had to wait for a table and the eggs were cold and the staff wasn’t helpful in helping us secure a table to eat. Overall would rate 7/10

In a city that can feel overly lavish, the Holiday Inn Express Safa Park is simple, convenient, and friendly. The one draw back was the noise management - a few noisy guests on the floor and you hear it in the rooms.

The hotel was in a quiet area within walking distance from Business Bay metro station. This makes it convenient to explore Dubai by public transportation. The Mexican restaurant onsite was very good.

Gutes Business Hotel welches man durchaus für ein paar Tage auch als Tourist gut nutzen kann. Allerdings kann dann auch der Stauraum etwas klein sein. Speziell wenn man zu 2 ein Zimmer bezieht.
