“The staff were helpful and friendly. Offering any help I may need during my stay (6 days). It was very quiet even though the hotel appeared to fill up every night. It is conveniently located near restaurants, Letchworth State Park, Silver Lake, and not too far from East Aurora. The cell reception was very good (Verizon). I will definitely stay there again in the future.”

“One of the worst Hampton Inn's I've stayed at before. Hotel and rooms were dirty and there were a number of things in the room that were broken (ex. toilet seat was not attached properly and shower door wouldn't stay closed). Hotel room floors were clean and there were stains on the pillow cases. Also, the pool was closed for a majority of the stay, which is the reason we booked the hotel in the first place (as we were there for a boys baseball tournament). Some of the staff were rude and...

“This place is so cute! It was clean and the bed was comfortable. It was on the firm side which we love. We didn't sink in. The breakfast had a lot of options for everyone. And if it wasn't good enough for the complainers, they can go somewhere else! The hubs and I thought this place was great!”

“It's an OK airport hotel to stay b4 and after your flight. Hotel is kind of old and smelly in the room too but the bed is comfy and meets the expectation regarding cleanliness. I'd come back here to stay cuz they have better rate than other hotels in tye area. You could here airplanes but it stops at night time.”

“I stayed for 2 days. They told me that if i stay the same room for two night, it was the hotel's policy, to not clean room, to not change bed sheets, only to change towels and trash. However, when I returned to the room the next day, the towels had not been changed and the trash bin had not been emptied. I went to get the towels and I changed the trash can too.”

“Breakfast is better than normal motel fare. Rooms are good, pool was good, and location of right next to main street but quiet. However, no room cleaning, our hvac unit we in a sorry state of affairs and sofa bed and roll away bed were very uncomfortable.”
