"The hotel is situated in the Monchique mountain region. We booked a panoramic suite which gave us views all the way to Portimao and the ocean- wonderful. The hotel is very nice , clean and modern and very well equipped. The staff are doing a great job and are very friendly. This is a perfect stay for families with small children as the hotel facilities are great for all members of the family. The SPA is really relaxing and wonderfully built and equipped with numerous showers and steam rooms....

"Miguel and the rest of the staff made us feel at home upon our arrival. The cottage was lovely and peaceful. And we looked forward each morning to breakfast besides on the porch with birds providing the music. Miguel guided us about activities in and around Zambujeira which helped us plan our stay there. Our son particularly loved petting and feeding the resident donkey on the property, Violet! We loved it here and would definitely want to visit Herdade do Touril again."
