“It was nice hotel with great view. but it was hard to connect to reception desk from the room so i had to come down to the reception to ask what i want. and also reception desk staffs don't really know about what kind of program they have and told me to ask the spa staff. and also if you don't like to be disturbed, you have to put your sign on your door, otherwise they would knock your door several times during the day. i am not sure whether it is culture in portugal, but i was startled when...

“Newly refurbished hotel. Still some building works going on but this wasn't a problem. Staff were helpful but many obviously new to the service industry with a bit to learn still. The gym was very good and we used this every day. Very clean everywhere. Very good breakfast choices but the hot food was consistently cold, not helped by no warmed plates. Would I return - yes. ”

“위치 너무 좋고, 발코니 전경 너무 멋있어요. 직원도 친절하세요. 호텔 내부 주차는 유료인데, 유로라서 그런가 오히려 주차장이 한가해서 편했습니다. 겨울 비수기라 한산했을수 있어요. 조식은 진짜 여행 일정중 최고였어요!! 포르티망 다시 온다면 무조건 이호텔로 다시 옵니다!!”
