Aliso and Wood Canyons Wilderness Park Tours

I was in town from Maryland visiting my son in L.A. We needed a room for the night in a hurry due to the power in his neighborhood going out during an 'extreme heat situation' that was occuring. We found the Glendale Hotel via Expedia at a great price. The room was perfect for our needs - clean, spacious and air conditioned !! The only downside was having to pay an extra $15 to use their parking lot but that may be the way things work in California. Anyway, fortunately his power came back on the next day or we would gladly have booked antother night at the Glendale Hotel.

I liked that it was close to transit and the train station. Also lots out cute cafes and restaurants nearby and an Asian market 15 min walk away.

It was a really nice hotel, the staff was super attentive and the location in the city really accesible for groceries and most important spots of the city
