"The room was clean very nice room. The staff didn’t seem to be aware of or have any information to help us get around and I kind of thought if you asked the front desk a question they usually can answer that or find some help for you. breakfast was excellent. The hot tub was disgusting. I don’t know what was going on with that and we brought it to their attention. They did not get it fixed while we were there, but we didn’t use it. It smelled really bad but overall the hotel was spectacular."
