I've been here a few times and the woman behind the desk has helped me out before and she knows my special request alrwady so without saying anything she knew I wanted two extra towels :) Knowing what the guest wants before they ask is always a huge plus! "I recently stayed at Tiller House in Laguna Hills for my birthday weekend. By far the best stay I’ve had at a hotel in Laguna. The rooms were clean and had modern yet classy decor. They offered complimentary water, slippers and playing cards which was a sweet touch. The things that stood out the most were the food at breakfast and the staff. I had the best avocado toast ever there and our waiter was so incredibly kind. We had a minor plumbing issue our first day and maintenance was there within 5 minutes. Everyone was very sweet to my young daughter and even gave her compliments on her manners. Definitely a proud mom moment. Laguna is a place I always go to to relax and decompress from my hectic job. Tiller House is located in a business area and conveniently near the freeway. After our great experience and warm welcome from staff, I will always stay at Tiller House when coming to Laguna. "
