"Clean room, close to Disneyland"

"I would give 5 stars if the bed frame is replaced with something that is less noisy. The metal springs and plate coverings make annoying sounds. The bathroom remodeling is well done. Breakfast is up to par. "

"Garden rooms had slow running water for showers. Other than that, the property is ideal for heading to Disneyland"

"1) My room was assigned to someone else while I was already staying in it! On Day 2 I return to my room at night to find someone else’s name on the TV welcome screen and the lights on! Hotel couldn’t explain what happened and brushed it off as a technical error. The only person who was thoughtful was the security guard, Elizabeth, who checked the room with me and suggested new key cards be issued. Otherwise, the hotel manager was just trying to finish the conversation with me as fast as possible when he couldn’t explain how the problem happened. Condition of room: Dust on the surfaces, hair in the shower, bathroom counter was wet ipon arrival, bed comforter put on backwards, front desk button didn’t work, shower valve on backwards, tile broken in shower, pull handles on curtains were broken and on the ground. Overall, the room was not kept in good condition. Would not stay here again."

"Breakfast starts at 6:30 AM weekdays, 7 on weekends. It was busy but had POG juice, waffle makers and good variety of hot dishes over several days, including chilaquiles. Kitchen was good. Fridge had an icemaker, though doors should have been reversed. Upstairs bedroom is a loft, so no privacy door, and there’s a stair light that’s always on. We hung a towel over it. 5 AM trash truck worked as an alarm clock. Location is close to Garden Walk and a 7-11. It’s almost 50-50 between walking to Harbor entrance or Toy Story lot bus for time and distance. Bus had AC and short security lines in the AM."

"The location to Disneyland is a little further down. But you’re not having to deal with all the crowds walking around while trying to get to your hotel. You will need to use the shuttle. The hotel is clean, friendly staff, beds are comfy. Security is good. You must use your room card to be able to use the elevator and you can only go to your floor. Your room key doesn’t allow you access to other floors) The breakfast they serve is just okay. There are plenty of restaurants to go eat at across the parking lot to the hotel. (Habit Burger, Starbucks, Ono Hawaiian Bbq, Yogurtland, and two others). "
