“Don’t let the outside deter you, it’s a great hotel. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. It’s very centrally located with museums and the beachfront within a close walk. I would stay here again if I return to Swansea. I travel by train and it was well located for the train station. ”

“This was a lovely modern hotel right on Swansea beach. The staff were lovely and really helpful when we arrived and very friendly. Any issues were sorted quickly. The bed was comfortable and we had plenty of space in the room. Would have preferred a walk in shower rather than a shower over the bath, but despite that, it worked well. Very clean. Also loved being near the beach so that we could easily have a nice walk on the Sundays before going home.”

“Only thing was told we had breakfast included on check in. Even asked if she was sure and she double checked our booking and she said definitely included. So Went to breakfast the next morning and they said we would be charged at check out as we didn’t have it included. “Rooms are very small but enough to sleep in. Very easy to hear other guests hence deducting one star for that but otherwise the staff are great. Set across from the beach right on the promenade. “기차 연착으로 자정이 넘어 도착. 피곤에 쩐 상태라 역 바로 앞에 위치한 호텔이 정말 반가웠음. 대도시처럼 어수선한 동네는 아니지만, 대로변이고 방음이 잘 안되어서 아침에 차 지나다니는 소리에 깸. 로비 공사 중이라 리셉션 데스크 운영도 복잡했지만 스탭들이 대체로 친절해서 편히 지냄. 이용한 방은 몹시 넓었고 오래된 호텔이라 시설은 딱히 언급할건 없음. 조식도 맛나고 - 깔아둔 것만 먹는게 아니라 메뉴 추가 주문 - 1층 바의 생맥주 셀렉션이 괜춘함. ”

“Although very slightly a little old fashioned it was excellent. The main asset of this hotel is the staff as every single person we met with was very friendly, courteous and efficient. Probably suits the more mature clientele, which is us, and the entertainment in the evening most likely would get through the auditions on Britain’s Got Talent but this is more than made up for by the staff and delicious food especially breakfasts. ”
