“Having stayed twice previously looking forward to our stay.Rooms bar area all good ,but the standard of the dining room was a big step back

“We received a nice greeting on arrival when checking in. Our room was okay but in need of some TLC. Two of the four windows would not open which in the current hot spell wasn’t good. The staff serving us when we ate were nothing special and didn’t really try to make us feel welcome, in fact one was quite surly. On checking out the poor guest relations continued without any engagement from the receptionist.”
