“차량을 렌트해서 다니기에 편리함. 주차장이 넓음.
셀프 체크인인데 빠르게 진행되어 좋음. 차량으로 스위스 시내에 오가는데도 멀지 않음.”

“Great room but many hidden fees. None of the prices for parking or breakfast are presented well when booking. When you arrive, they tell you where to park but don’t explain that there’s a fee. When you go for the breakfast buffet, they ask your room number but don’t explain that it’s 18€, they just write down the room number. All of these fees are they sprung on you at the end of your stay so you end up paying 50 € on top of the price of the room. Big problem with communication that has never...

“Excellent Room, but Difficult to Find and Check In
The hotel is located at the top of a hill, with beautiful surroundings, but finding it was quite difficult because the property was not clearly marked or signposted. We had to go through quite a bit of difficulty before finally locating the hotel.
The room itself was excellent overall—clean, comfortable, and nicely arranged. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was particularly good, with new appliances and modern fittings.
However,...

“Very uncomfortable experience.
A booking system issue left an incorrect reservation active, despite having a valid confirmed booking. I explained the situation at check-in but was directed to resolve it through the booking platform.
During my stay, I noticed repeated attempts to process charges related to the incorrect reservation. Although these were not completed, the situation itself was concerning. The owner’s response made the experience even more uncomfortable.
The issue was eventually...
