โMy husband and i went to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary here , the staff were friendly , food was lovely and the Bar was really nice, everything we needed for a lovely ,quiet ,relaxing stay .โ
โNot the first time we've stayed here, so obviously a commendation. Needed to be near to the industrial estate for some work. Location is ideal. Philippa made sure everything was ok. Could not think of a morr therapeutic venue. Grounds help unwind.โ
โApartment is great if you want to be right in the heart of the city but during our stay the front door to the apartment complex did not lock and was not fixed during our 2 night stay. Did not make us feel the safest, thankfully the area seemed safe. The bed is not the comfiest, and the bathroom is very small. โ
โNice room, nice pool, shame spa pool was closed on our visit. Great location for city centre and shopping, lovely staff. Have booked again in Dec for the Christmas Market and shopping. โ
โGreat hotel. Had a nice upgrade. The room had a comfy bed and was very clean. There was an ac unit in the bedroom which helped cool the room down. The only thing was the shower pressure was very low and cut out a couple of times. โ
โReally enjoyed my stay, the staff were amazing, only issue (very minor) is the towels weren't the best. The material comes off and sticks to your skin. Other than that, I will gladly book another stay in the future.โ
