The whole hotel was spotless, the rooms were warm, comfortable and welcoming as were the hosts. Breakfast was ample and fresh and served in a large breakfast area. We booked into a double room with a balcony and had a great view of the pier and the Paignton sea front. Parking was ample just at the side of the hotel. “Lovely quiet location. Didn’t have breakfast but the dinner night before was lovely. Clean large room. Lovely shower. The only reason I wouldn’t give it top marks is because it had 2 of my pet peeves .. Firstly no plug socket next to bed .. and secondly i hate fixed shower gel bottles when its difficult to dispense! Other than those minor annoyances, it was a great stay. ”

You’re really close to the centre, sea and a nice little park/gardens opposite.
