"The property was clean, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The rooms were very spacious, providing plenty of room to relax and feel comfortable. The hotel has two restaurants on-site, along with a breakfast buffet, which offers convenient dining options for guests. However, most attractions are not within easy walking distance, so transportation may be necessary to explore the city. Overall, it was a clean and comfortable stay with spacious rooms and convenient dining facilities."

"Let this serve as a basic homebase for the exploration of Copenhagen and nearby Sweden and you will not be disappointed. The staff were helpful, the lounge area is perfectly set up to serve as a morning workplace as well as an afternoon post-exploration pub. Just be aware, that the rooms are extremely small and that spending alone-time in them will not be very convenient. However, they are clean, the water is hot, and the beds are comfortable. The best part is that the train station is an easy 5 minute walk and from there everywhere else is simply a ticket away. We only had two full days and went to Copenhagen and Lund, Sweden."

"The hotel is in a perfect location and has all the basics covered. One huge improvement would be black out curtains/blinds. We had a hard time staying asleep with the light coming into the room from outside and under the door."

"I highly recommend this hotel. It was beautiful and the entire staff was extraordinary. The concierges helped us plan each and every day and our dinners. We had a Junior Suite overlooking the canal. It was an easy walk to just about any part of the city. I did take the metro twice and that was only 1 ½ blocks away. The room was large and the cleaning staff was excellent."
