“Carpet was very stained in the room. Chairs are not included in rental and are $65 a day. This hotel is not worth the money. Balcony is a joke and looks unsafe. Tried to charge for leaving beach towels in the room. No room serviced unless you stay three nights. One staff member was very rude each approach at the desk. The room does not look like the picture very small. I was disappointed in the quality of the room. Needs great updating.”

She went extremely out of her way to communicate helpful information about parking, activities around the resort and in town, and let us know about their shuttle which would take us anywhere around the island and then pick us up later to bring us back to the resort for free.
