“All of the staff we came across were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean and nice. Only things I would change is maybe a covered walkway from the outside restaurants/bars for when it does rain. Also would have liked a little more heads up on the amount of money they put on hold on your credit card upon check in. ”

“The place is immaculate. Staff is great. Breakfast is awesome. Hayden, Crew, Micha. Tan, Kendall, and especially Zack. We used the grills alot. Shuttle takes you anywhere on the Island. Pool with towel box. Hot tub/whirlpool is great. Plenty of space on the deck. We stayed about 25 days in all. ”

“We enjoyed our stay at this property with our two dogs. It was convenient to downtown and nice to walk out onto the beach from the hotel. Bonnie was very helpful to us during our stay and no matter what we needed help with she went above and beyond to help us. She is an asset to the hotel. Also, my husband had great experiences with the lady who was in charge of breakfast and spoke highly of her and the food. ”

“There was no housekeeping services. We all had one set of towels that we had to wash each day. For the price, I'm accustomed to clean towels, cleaning service daily. We had empty our own trash. The worse part - the dryer was not properly vented. The heat and dust came into the condo. I explained to management that this was a FIRE HAZARD; but, they weren't the least bit concerned. It would be interesting to know if the inspectors are aware of this hazard!!!”
