“All staff were helpful and knowledgeable. Breakfast buffet was comprehensive and constantly maintained by staff. 5 min walk to beach, 10 min drive to historic district. Clean room. All good!”

“I was traveling with my teenage son who is disabled. The hotel itself wasn’t super accessible for him, and it was difficult to get him up and down the “ramps” to the pool. Elevator to and from the pool was inside a little room that was not well ventilated with no A/C which was difficult for him as well. Restaurants were also pretty far from the room. The service was exceptional, and the food was great. We all enjoyed the pool and the activities for the kids (kinda pricey) room was just mediocre.”

“Hands down, the staff here are the best. We arrived after 9 PM for check in on a Thursday night and the lady at the front desk was awesome! Extremely friendly, warm, and helpful. She went extremely out of her way to communicate helpful information about parking, activities around the resort and in town, and let us know about their shuttle which would take us anywhere around the island and then pick us up later to bring us back to the resort for free.
