Make sure to do your research, even though the description says "Near ISU campus" it is right off the freeway and quite from where you need to be. Nothing has been updated in quite some time. Staff was very friendly checking in, definitely nothing to do with them. Our bathroom was so dirty, and my husband couldn't fit in the weird shower. We ended up leaving and finding another hotel.

Pros: Affordable, easy interstate access, nice pool, breakfast was basic but good, clean beds, let us check out late. Cons: Musty smell in the room, dead bugs in the window crevice, checkout took longer than expected no one behind front desk, the hotel entrances had room key security locks but did not work so it was just come and go as you please. Overall is a good place to stay one night, a clean bed is all I really care about and they provided that. They need to touch up the window crevices as dead bugs are not very slightly. Check in was easy, check out was tough. They just need more staff to watch that front desk. It’s worth it for the price. Overall okay experience.

The best thing about our stay was the staff—very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was mediocre. Room needed more light and more USB ports (only one in the room). I was dismayed when I found open and used bottles of lotion. Room was never cleaned during our three night stay.

You get what you pay for. The room, linens, and towels were clean. The safe in the room was broken. Walls are paper-thin, so we could hear our neighbors in the room next to us the entire time. The air conditioning unit had mold on the vents, so I wasn’t comfortable turning it on until after I scrubbed it down. If you’re not picky, it’s fine. But I wouldn’t recommend it unless better options aren’t available.
