โNice to park outside my room and carry my luggage in. Room was clean. Not a 5 star hotel but youโre not paying 5 star prices. Front desk attendants were very polite and helpful.
Action item for management:
Management needs to update Expedia and any others sites the rooms are marketed on. The booking confirmation says front desk unattended after 7pm but when I spoke with the attendants they confirmed the desk is attended 24/7. If I had seen the incorrect information I may not have booked and...
โThis was a glorious hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was better than we expected, very clean and comfortable. The attached Blue Sky Restaurant has a good breakfast at reasonable price, plus you get a discount for being a hotel guest. โ
โGreat and clean smelling , great but I did ask for a shower chair and never got it , try to stand in a shower with one leg and wash see where you end up . I always have that
Problem I guess itโs hard to carry that little chair to your room, I will have to try another hotel and see . โ
