"I booked through your site which advertised a two queen room with porch or patio. I arrived and was accomodated in a room with NO porch OR patio. The hotel had the room available BUT the only way we could have it was to pay AGAIN. I tried to call the 800 number but your phone tree was in a terminal loop. I tried the local number your chat bot provided and got no ring. So now ive paid double. And the hotel stated I was the second customer on 5/16 who were "given the expedia hoax, because NO expedia block rooms had patio or balcony. I would like a refund for the UNUSED reservation because I DUPLICATELY PAID for the accomodation I booked with you WHEN IT WAS 100% NOT AS ADVERTISED"
