Owner was very friendly and helpful The hotel is old and very very charming with an amazing view of the canal. However it was definitely not clean, very dusty and our toilet was not cleaned properly upon our arrival. I believe even an old space should be clean.

Clean traditional hotel, super central hotel

Such a lovely old traditional hotel in a brilliant central location for exploring the city centre. We walked from main station in 20 mins, check in was very efficient and the room had a gorgeous view over the River Amstel. Bars and restaurants are all around the corners from here and felt very safe walking around at night. Rooms were very clean and warm as we stayed in February. Highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again if we return.

Perfect location
