The room was clean but very small (which I knew when I booked it). The location near the water and train station were important to me. The price was reasonable given the high costs in Amsterdam. Check-in was slow and the reception area was not organized or staffed adequately. Check-out was easy since I did it online. I wanted to use the luggage lockers but received different information on cost and space from two different receptionists. Ended up not using them as a result.
