We had a great stay. It’s far enough out of town that it’s not too busy, but still plenty around to explore. Also a really nice walk into town in the mornings! It was clean, comfy and balcony was lovely. Did everything we needed it to do. Would have loved a fridge! Would stay here again :)

Potentials great, average at best

The room was bright and airy due to the ceiling height with exposed beams, in a pretty street in a cool area. The rooms facilities, are lacking. As in it was poorly equipped.. No hangers any where, not for towels, coats or for clothes in the wardrobe. The shower cubicle has no way to stop the water from pooling out to the toilet space, and again nowhere to hang the sopping wet floor towel. No drinking water in the room, not two spoon but one, and one welcome pack not two, Not one double duvet but two singles, for a double bed - small half sized pillows. The tv hung over the remaining small space of the “Queen room” which I think is on a broken bracket as it kept swinging back. Would not stay again, can do better.

Very difficult … feces on inside bathroom door; as well as all over title surrounding toilet. Shower Curtain had a hole, mildew and soap scum …Orange. Still trying to get our money back. This is a nightmare. SAVE YOURSELVES!!! Too disgusting to show pictures

We had a pleasant experience staying here! I love how the building was brand new and had just been refurbished so everything was clean and modern. The bed was comfy and the huge new smart TV was an added bonus! I don’t usually sleep well in hotel rooms but I had a good nights sleep here. As this was a contactless venue, I was worried incase something went wrong and there wasn’t a human available to speak to but it never got to that point. However, I will say that as like many hotels in Amsterdam, the stairs in the property are very long and steep and as we had a room at the top floor it was difficult to get luggage up and down the stairs as there is no lift.

No hot water nor heating upon arrival and poor customer service which resulted to mostly excuses rather than offering solutions. Nice property but poor service affected the overall experience.

As a solo traveller I didn't feel safe

Firstly be aware there is no lift and the stairs are very steep Entrance is via a key code number, both at the front door and for your room. Firstly I found dirty underwear and t-shirt in the wardrobe. There is no lock on the inside of the bedroom door. Which did make me feel a little vulnerable. Especially when the "do not disturb sign" could not be put on the door as it wouldn't allow the door to close as the sign is too big One day the cleaner did just walk in whilst I was sleeping. Another time I literally bumped into the cleaner as I was leaving. But she never came in to clean the room once. The communal landing and stairs were grubby and needed hoovering. On the entrance to the property, on the stone stairs leading to the entrance, there was rubbish there including empty spliff containers, that were there when I arrived and still there when I left.

Ótimo e lindo apartamento

Foi tudo ótimo. A única dificuldade foi subir as malas pelas escadas estreitas, mas entendo que faz parte da arquitetura. Seria interessante um lugar para deixar as malas após o check out que não fosse tão longe da propriedade. Fez diferença na minha saída da cidade

Vinder på placering

En blandet oplevelse i Amsterdam. Placeringen er perfekt. Ikke midt i et turistområde, men placeret i et godt kvarter med masser af muligheder inden for meget kort gåafstand. Vi oplevede det som meget koldt og det virkede til centralvarmen var lukket, så radiatoren gav ingen varme. Badeværelset er ekstremt lille og ikke meget plads til noget. Dette kunne vi nok have klaret os med, såfremt vi ikke frøs så meget som vi gjorde. Det er selv indtjekning, god kommunikation i forbindelse med modtagelse af koder og vejledning. Ganske godt tilfreds med den del. Værelset har opbevaring til tøj, bord/stole, men intet køleskab eller pengeskab. Så alt i alt en blandet fornøjelse.

Så fint..

Det var hyggeligt.. fint lille værelse, god seng, pænt badeværelse. Dog ret koldt men, men vi satte en lille radiator derud og det hjalp. Fint stort tv med adgang til gratis film og TV. Adgang til wifi.. vi vil helst sikkert book det igen..
