“This is a very sleek hotel with thoughtful decor. The staff is very responsive and friendly. I was having trouble finding the hotel because my GPS was not working properly. I was in the neighborhood and called the hotel and the manager kindly walked about 5 blocks to my car and then guided me to the hotel.”

다만 1박당 20MAD관광세를 별도로 체크인할때 지불해야 합니다. 그런데 제 경우 4박 80MAD 이나 100MAD를 지불하였음에도 거스름돈을 돌려받지 못했습니다.
체크인 당시에는 불어로 인해 관광세가 보증금인가 싶어 체크아웃때 받으면 되겠다 싶었으나 정작 체크아웃 할때는 당시 직원이 기록해 둔게 없다며 차액을 돌려받지 못했습니다.
그리고 객실에 슬리퍼가 없습니다.”
“Het personeel was zeer vriendelijk, gaf veel tips, de bediening van het ontbijt/roomservice was goed en vriendelijk. Leuk zwembad. Enkel het keukengerei was niet volledig maar dit konden we gewoon bijvragen. De buurt is nog in opbouw en op de open percelen zie je dan afval. Ook liggen de straten er vuil bij.”

"No advantages except it's in the central of the city. Very old hotel without proper maintenance.
The first thing I found out in the room was the washstand which cannot be drained.
Managers at the receptions were very unprofessional and unkind. Probably not all of them, but at least the people I met for three days were.
I'd rather stay another hotel for my next trip to the city.
