This is a pretty middle-of-the-road hotel. Nothing special, but a good location close to Fields/Perimeter and with lots of stuff around (7-11, laundry, restaurants, JJ's Store) to make your say "okay". It's quiet overall, my room was large, but the hotel itself is a bit worn and could use a make-over. Small kitchenette in room was handy if you I wanted to cook v. eat out. Well-stocked, but expensive mini-bar. Better to buy your drinks at JJ's up on Fields. It's less than a 5 minute walk and you will save a lot of pesos over the hotel mini-bar charges. This is also handy for the Mini Stop and the jeep terminal (to get up and down Perimeter) and is about a 5 minute walk (I have long legs) to the entrance of Walking Street. A good value for the money if you want a quiet, basic place to stay. Staff are friendly and are willing to help and/or address any issues. Had a problem with the t.v. but the desk staff was "on it" and replaced the remotes and reprogrammed the t.v. to get it working. Aircon works and my room had a ceiling fan over the bed - a big plus in my book! I would recommend this hotel if you wanted to keep on a budget, have a quiet place to stay and yet still be close to Fields/Perimeter and Walking Street.
