Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. Hotel was very clean and comfortable. We loved our room. Kitchen very useful as we brought leftovers and were able to heat them up in room and didn't need to go out to restaurant. Very comfortable mattress. All in all an excellent stay.

This was the first time I stayed at a Sonesta property. It was excellent. The staff at the front desk were all friendly and courteous.the lobby area smells amazing!! The room was spacious with a complete kitchen. I will definitely be staying at Sonesta again.

A nice place, but in need of some upgrades. Like our carpet. Gym was pretty rundown. Bike not working. Breakfast was pretty average at best. The dining room area was nice. The ambience was affected by the front desk, woman yelling on the phone. Very nice suite setup.

The 2 bedroom suite was wonderful, and loved the fact that each room had its own bathroom. The kitchenette was great also. Only drawback was getting back later in the evening after a concert, was a bit sketchy as there was a woman just hanging around outside the building, unsure if homeless or not but more security in the evenings would be a good thing

Our room multiples bedrooms was spacious and very relaxing. All the amenities were well prepared, and the bed was just the right firmness for me, making the whole stay very comfortable. Each bedroom had its own bathroom, which was a big plus — we could take showers without waiting even when we got back late, and in the morning everyone could get ready smoothly without having to share.

The staff who checked us in was very friendly. Shalinda (spelling?) was nice enough to put us on the 2nd floor. The room was great and had plenty of ammenities, bed was comfy and clean, only one complaint. The only thing was a few times during the night the Sprinkler room next to our room erupted in an audible storm of vibrations and machine noises, like the world's loudest garage door was opening... when I brought this up to the guy at the desk in the morning, he seemed to know about the problem but offered nothing but a sorry. Room for opportunity here.
