"Perfect location to Kyoto station and bus stop just next to the hotel. 1 block from the hotel there is a big mall with a lot of choices to eat and shop. "
"Lovely Japanese style hotel with friendly and attentive staff.
We enjoyed the complimentary Japanese breakfasts daily that were delivered to our room at a time we chose.
Rooms were immaculate and cleaning done daily with fresh towels.
Enjoyed looking at the koi fish and beautiful views of the pagoda from the rooftop garden.
Very convenient to train station and restaurants.
Highly recommend! "
"Had a great time staying at this property. The staff were very helpful as well as understanding when i spoke to them. The property is near several convenience stores and was walking distance to the train station as well as some major sight seeing locations. Clean and tidy and loved the bathroom in the evening for a relaxing bath. "
"Lovely hotel, we always return here when in Kyoto. A complementary drink daily, live music in the lounge and attentive staff. Casual jinbei and slippers provided daily and as well as this is an adults only hotel 👍. Very very close to the subway."
"The place is a nice old style japanese house, clean, wide spaces compared with usual hotel rooms.
It has a funny smell inside, and it needs to let the air conditioning kept all day on during summer."

"Definitely my favourite hotel in my stay at Japan. Very convenient 7/11 nearby. Relatively easy check in. Fairly spacious room with pretty decent amenities. Very close to station. Everything was comfortable. Great Internet access."
"It was a hotel, I don’t ever have high expectations. But it had air conditioning and a shower. That was great. I did try and wash my clothes once but it was always busy. But there was a couple laundry mats close by so not an issue. "
"So close to Kyoto station and very nice lounge and public bath. Right next to plenty of options in Kyoto station. Well worth it just for not having to walk far in the heat."
"Vey quick check in and check out.Small single room with excellent amenities, night dress, slippers, shoe polish, spray and very clean. Very convenient, just opposite of Kyoto Train Station. All kind of transportation available. Excellent for money paid. Thanks."
