Naif was safe, relaxing, and the staff were incredibly helpful. Very clean rooms and the garden was beautiful. Great location, close to major tourist spots. Some great restaurants in the area too. Will be visiting Naif boutique hotel again next year!

Es un hotel muy bonito, los servicios que tienen son muy buenos y el personal siempre fue muy atento, las habitaciones son cómodas y siempre limpias, además que está muy cercano a los puntos turísticos y en calle muy tranquila, nuestro único inconveniente fue que el calor se encierra mucho y el ventilador no ayuda y que falta lugar como repisas o un armario para poner cosas y cajas de seguridad en las habitaciones, a pesar de ello lo recomiendo mucho, ya que cuenta con unas vistas preciosas del volcán
