Lisa was available and super helpful, responsive to our questions. Wonderful experience! Spacious room, there were 3 rooms within an apartment being used like a hotel for rental. This seems common in area as the apartment next door was also owned and rented out. We met one very family in hallway. A lovely couple stayed in the room or shared space. We had a accessible little fridge with drinks and counter with some snacks. This was wonderful as we appreciated the water especially during this summer heat. The owners allowed us to enter earlier which we needed as we were exhausted. "

"Room 226 has great views over central station. Room size was spacious with all the amenities of chargeable mini bar, slippers, shoe shine etc. very comfortable big bed. Bathroom was well equipped with toiletries, shower cap, vanity pack. There was also plenty of towels too. Rain fall shower head needs changing and it’s very hard and difficult to open the tap for the shower. It was very stiff and had no grip.
Shame during our stay the main restaurant was closed for refurbishment. Breakfast was good with variety but no vegetarian or halal sausages. Overall we had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel to friends and family."
