"This hotel experience wasn’t the best. I went to take a shower and the drain was clogged so it wasn’t draining fast enough and then it started flooding in the bathroom. It was also a fairly noisy area too with the public transit nearby which kept me awake at night. Staff was nice. It was for one night and was ok price for what it was."

"No air conditioning as advertised in 28 degrees on 5th floor, no TV of any kind as advertised, WiFi info provided was wrong, key return information provided was wrong, very rundown, pictures are obviously photoshopped, response time is non existent or ridiculously slow, housecleaner showed up an hour and a half before checkout time and sat on the stairs outside the apartment the entire time waiting for us to leave. Terrible experience. We were able to communicate the main issues with hotels.com...

"The room was a lot nicer than expected for the price! Really modern and clean with lots of space. We ate at the restaurant which was lovely and the staff were all really friendly and helpful. The hotel is clearly going through renovations but did not affect us at all whilst staying. Parking outside the room was also great for coming back to after a long day out."
