Quarto novo, limpo e tudo funciona bem. A minha reclamação é que embora na plataforma hotéis.com consta que o check-out se encerra às 11h, depois da reserva você será informado que se encerra as 10h, e que cara mente neste horário uma funcionária começará a bater e gritar à sua porta, exigindo a sua saída.
