“Prima locatie tov. winkels en uitgaansgebied. De bedden waren goed, het was rustig rond het appartementencomplex. Het ontvangst was niet goed, onduidelijk qaar we moesten zijn en hoe we moesten inchecken. De sleutel was ook niet aanwezig in het sleutelkastje. In de realiteit was de kamer anders dan in de advertentie leek, het viel een beetje tegen.”

“Nice bedding service, comfortable bed, fancy & classic exterior/interior with good Italian food. My trip was for a week business in Balocco, it was so good that I don't need to find restaurant for every dinner. Itallian food served in hotel restaurant was so nice & has various fine menu, that I didn't need to go out for having dinner. I wish I can visit with my wife. Girls should like this place. ”

The location was perfect, right across the street from the bay and ferry terminal, close to all the shops, cafe's and restaurants and only 10 minutes walk from Como Lago train station.
