“I will not go back this resort in future. Location and properties were good but the staffs are not friendly and some of them has attitude . Breakfast menu is almost the same everyday and most are deep fried and all food rich with oil. For the dinner, you have to make a reservation, you can not just go eat within time limit (not the buffet style)and need to set up the time , the menu is not much to choice. “Reception was terrible they never explained anything about the resort tell us about our VIP check in and the perks. Concierge Chantal was amazing! The other staff were amazing except one at The Village Coffee shop didn’t let me have 1/2 of one flavor and 1/2 of the other flavor was rude.. The bed was like a rock and pillows horrible they needed to upgraded and get new mattress and pillows.. The food at the resort was super expensive ridiculous as was the coffee and the Village Cafe… It was worse...

“It’s a beautiful boutique hotel and very well maintained. The staff was not informative at all upon arrival. We were not provided a map or direction of where anything was. Things were not explained. There are only two specialty restaurants and you are only able to eat at one every 3 days or you will have to pay $30 per person to eat at the restaurant. Theres only one restaurant that serves breakfast lunch and dinner and the option are limited therefore if you are a picky eater, this place is not...

“South Point Hotel was beautiful! We were greeted by friendly staff and our room was clean and neat. We had a garden view room. The gardens were gorgeous -filled with all types of plants and flowers. The beach is located behind the hotel but unfortunately the sea weed was overgrown. So we enjoyed the pool which was close to the restaurant and bar.
