"I was disappointed because I had reserved a room months ahead with 2-queen beds and they gave us a room with 1 queen bed. I told the front desk and she told me they didn’t have the room I requested and that actually the room they gave me was more expensive than what I had requested. Really. The lady said she had emailed me to let me know ahead of time . I didn’t not receive an email, text or call. I would not agreed and it was too late & expensive to move hotels. So we had to work with what they gave us."
